Millenika ships within Thailand and uses reputable courier companies. It also offers international shipping, however enquiries must be made to hello@millenika.com and handled on a case by case basis.

Due to the personalized nature of most products, your order may take a couple of weeks to reach you but rest assured we are making all possible efforts to get your product to you at the earliest.

Shipping Duration |

สินค้าและละรายละเอียด millenika.com มีระยะเวลาจัดส่งสินค้าต่างกัน ระยะเวลาดำเนินการหจัดส่งจากคลังสินค้าอยู่ใน “Delivery within x day ” ของหน้าสินค้าแต่ละหน้าแล้ว โปรดดูระยะเวลาการจัดส่งทั้งหมด

กรณีสั่งสินค้ามากกว่า 1 รายการ สินค้าทั้งหมดจะถูกจัดส่งพร้อมกัน เราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบทางอีเมล ในกรณีที่ถูกจัดส่งเป็นบางส่วน (ขึ้นอยู่กับการพิจารณาของผู้ขาย)

สำหรับสินค้าที่มากกว่า 1รายการมีการจัดส่งพร้อมกัน จะใช้ระยะเวลาจัดส่งจากสินค้าที่มีการเวลาจัดส่งนานที่สุด

สินค้าจะไม่จัดส่งในวันหยุด (ส -อา)หรือวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์

Each of the products sold on millenika.com have a different lead-time. Lead time refers to the number of days within which an item will be dispatched from our warehouse. The approximate shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you is already included in addition to the lead time in the “Delivery within x days” in each product page. Please refer to the individual products for total delivery duration.

In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will either be shipped together or in parts depending on the vendor. We will inform you via email in the case that your order is being shipped in parts.

For orders being shipped together, the longest lead time for a product ordered is applicable to the entire order.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location.

While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, millenika.com cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due the pandemic, natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges |

A shipping and handling charge is levied for all orders as per written in each product page. Please refer to the individual products for detailed information.
In the case of orders with more than 1 product, the product with the highest shipping charge will be the total and only shipping charge. Quantities of the highest shipping charge product will increase the value and will be informed before checkout and payment by our admin.

For furniture orders above THB 15000, shipping is free. Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actuals.

Cancellations |

Due to the personalized nature of majority of the products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. If you do wish to cancel/amend your order please email us on hello@millenika.com we will try our best to cancel it if production hasn’t started.

In the case of a credit card refund due to order cancellation, please allow 15-20 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your bank account. When a refund is initiated from our end, we will provide you with a transaction id, after which you can follow up with your bank if you would like to hav I e the refund expedited.

Returns & Exchanges I

Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to COVID, to baby/kids products as well as the personalized nature of majority of the products, millenika.com has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.

If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a non-personalized product, ie in the event that a product reaches damaged, please contact us with the images of the damaged product on hello@millenika.com within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

In the case that we have approved an exchange for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the item to our warehouse in Bangkok within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered out to you. If we are unable to replace the item due to a size not being available or the item being out of stock, we will provide you with a discount code that can be used against any future purchase on millenika.com
There will be no cash returns for orders.
